The Gainesville (FL) Alumni Chapter partners with the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities by adopting a residential home on the Tacachale campus. Tacachale serves more than 220 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across 22 residential homes.
Each holiday season, the chapter provides gifts for every resident in its adopted home and hosts a celebration featuring refreshments and fellowship. Through this annual tradition, chapter members help make the holiday season meaningful and memorable for Tacachale residents.
